Yes

Personally, I use Toast to make exact duplicates of CDs. Toast Lite came
bundled with a hardware product I purchased once, but I don't think you can
purchase Toast Lite, only Toast Titanium. If all you're interested in is
burning non-compressed audio files, you can do that with iTunes by using
AIFF. See this technote:
