Find the confirmation e-mail for your order, click on the link shown in the
downloads section. It should be something like:

<http://store.esellerate.net/a.asp?b="confirmation #"_"your e-mail address">

That should bring up a page entitled "After-Purchase Services." Click on
the "here" link in the Re-download section, which brings up your order form
containing "Download Now" buttons for each e-book you preordered.

If that doesn't work, click on the mailto links and describe your problem.
