[X4U] 10.4.2: Safari incredibly slow

     Check your bookmarks.  Safari might have some RSS feeds it is  
updating while you're trying to load web pages.  I deleted all those  
bookmarks for RSS feeds.  Others say there is a preference somewhere  
to keep them from updating.
