Yes you are asking too much if you want to name each file according  
to what is in it you would need to do them one at a time and it will  
take you years. I would just let it name them whatever it wants to  
name them and then use spotlight to find what you are looking for.  
Try a batch you will see it works well, just don't delete your  
original emails until you are satisfied that this will work for you.  
So far it has worked great for me.
