[X4U] Apple Mail.app please rule condition "Mail is not junk"

When I wanted the opposite I wanted to apply rules to messages that  
were not spam. My workaround was to create a top-priority rule like  
this:

Since we tell Mail.app to stop evaluating rules the rest of the rules  
only apply to clean messages, so we get kind of a "Mail is not junk"  
as a side effect.
