You didn't specify which movie trailer you were looking at, but when I
visited the trailer page for The DaVinci Code, there was a link titled
"iPod" and it is linked to a .zip file which is downloaded when clicked on.
When unzipped, it is a .m4v file. Oh, I did this via Apple's Movie Trailers
web site in Safari, not via iTunes. Maybe that is the problem.
