It can, but it will always pick the first, so it's only useful for 
reverse lookups.
You can give the printer two names and remember to use the right one.

You have to tell your ISP that you're running DNS and get them to add 
an 'NS' entry it their tables for you. Some ISPs may just do this, 
some will refuse outright, and some will only do it if you commit to 
having DNS service available 24x7, possibly by having two servers 
with one or the other up at all times.
