Aleandre,

I would like to piggy  back on your question.

I have just installed an AIrPort Extreme base station. I hadn't 
considered using it for transmission to an external HD until you 
asked this question.

How does wireless transmission to the drive differ in speed from 
plugging directly  into my PowerBook? Roughly?
