[X4U] Custom Folder Icons

I take a picture, open it in GraphicConverter or so, size it to the  
proper size, do comm-shift-4-control and select the size of what one  
want.  Paste in the icon place in the info (comm-i) window of the  
file or folder.
Redo if the size is not to your taste.
