[X4U] Interface for old camcorder to USB and/or Firewire?

MyTV costs about $150, not exactly el cheapo, but you can watch TV  
with it on your mac, too.
It is composite inputs for video and USB out (1.1, not 2.0).  You can  
dump the movie saved with the MyTV software into iMovie or iDVD.
