Chimoosoft offers the Terrabrowser product, and says "Terrabrowser 
features built in support* for Garmin GPS receivers, and also supports 
Magellan receivers when combined with the freeware program MacGPS 
Babel)." They are hosting a petition drive for better support from 
Garmin and Magellan
