Adobe glitches, I'm full of 'em me. Everytime I start Word I see an extra toolbar below the main one with nothing but two PDF icons on it <http://mac.stroller.uk.eu.org/AdobeAnnoyance.jpg>, and it irks me no end because it takes up unnecessary screen-space & I always end up closing it immediately. It turns out that this is called the "Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker" toolbar <http://mac.stroller.uk.eu.org/AdobeAnnoyance2.jpg>, and that however many times I close it, unchoose it from the View > Toolbars Menu and delete it from the "Customise Toolbars/Menus" dialogue <http://mac.stroller.uk.eu.org/AdobeAnnoyance3.jpg> it comes back again the next time I open Word. This atrocity is clearly perpetrated by Adobe CS. Does anyone have any idea how to restrain it? Stroller.
