[X4U] Moving Files In The Finder From List View

personally, opening a new window seems much easier.

open folder2 in a new window, type apple-a to select all, drag onto 
folder1 or into folder1's window.  done.

as previous posters noted, you can drag up to the title bar using the 
triangle method.   But you can't use apple-a to select all.
