[X4U] Can't add more accounts to Tiger?

I was going to suggest a restart.... It looks like OSX may still be having 
troubles with the Finder keeping up with what is going on under the hood.

A logout may have also done thr trick.

Restart did the trick.  Would love to know what the heck happened, 
though.
