[X4U] 10.3.9 update problem

I just did the 10.3.9 update (to get QT7) and notice that when I click a
link in entourage it no longer opens the webpage in Firefox. It used to do
this in 10.3.8. Now It brings FF to the front in the finder but does not
open the webpage. If you have a FF window already open then it will go to
the page but it used to this even if there wasn't an open window. Anybody
else notice this behaviour?
