[X4U] System Volume Boost App for iBook?

This is a limitation of your iBook's speakers, their maximum volume capacity
is not as loud. I have a similar model 600MHz G3 Late 2001 iBook and the
same problem.

Of course, if someone can prove me wrong, I'd love it.
