[X4U] Tiger install and Apple ID

Curiously, this did not happen (Apple ID & password entry) on my 17"  
PBG4 when I installed 10.4 as an upgrade nor when I reinstalled it as  
an Archive & Install. But it happened when I just installed the  
10.4.1 update.
