[X4U] DeLocalize Your Fonts

What part of "Delocalizer has not been tested on Mac OS 10.3" is unclear 
to you?
When the developer says it has not been tested on 10.3, do you feel 
qualified to say "Hey, no problem, go ahead and use it?"

Just curious...
