[X4U] CD Spin Doctor 2 with toast 6 won't launch

I have toast 6 installed - every time I startup up CD Spin Doctor 2 
that came with Toast 6 its quits saying i need toast 6. It doesn't make 
sense. Is there a fix or workaround.
