[X4U] Dialup users who need/want 10.4.3

Hello Timothy, I have done this in the past for people and I would be =20=

willing to continue to do so. As I am on dialup at home and =20
definitely understand about the slow downloads plus other people =20
needing/wanting to use the phone while you're online.
