It would have been helpful if you had told us what backup program
you're using, but if you're truly doing incremental backups then the
answer is no. Incremental backups form a chain that goes back to the
original in which each subsequent backup only has the changes since
the last backup.
To do what you're asking about you need a product that does
differential backups. See past discussions on this list for
references to programs that do each and/or both.
