[X4U] **RANT** video stuff on the web

I go out to NBA.com to check out the dunk of the night... Of course it won't
work in Safari. I try to listen to a song clip on Amazon.com so I can decide
if I want to buy the album... Won't work. I try to stream my favorite radio
station... Doesn't work... Etc, etc, etc...

I thought Quicktime was supposed to be the worldwide standard on the web?
And if not, why doesn't Windoze Media Player for Mac ever work as it should?
All of my plugins are up to date. But it just seems like more often than
not, online audio and video content seems to fail when viewed from a Mac
(and no, I will not install RealPlayer... It doesn't exist as far as I'm
concerned). Any thoughts on this?  **END RANT**
