[X4U] Repair Permissions

Hi Eddie,

I didn't move anything.  I do nothing in X.  I don't dare.  The  
BasSystem.pkg is in the Receipt folder.
If one does do something in X, it might have repercussions beyond  
repair.
One of the errors I get is from a Widget I use.  What's wrong there  
then?  Thanks for the info.
