[X4U] Tiger's Calculator.app no longer does percentages?

Ladies and Gentlemen: we have a bug.

my wife has Tiger 10.4.2, and calculator v4.0. When she types "28.05 
+15%=" she gets 32.2575, with the intermediate value 4.2075.

My Mini is Tiger 10.4.3, and my calculator v4.0.4, and when I type  
"28.05+15%=" I get 28.2, with the intermediate value of 0.15 (which  
is 15% of 1.0, NOT of 28.05!)

Nobody here  is disputing that 15% of 1.0 is 0.15, but that factoid  
isn't relevant to the concept under discussion.

What *is* relevant is that the calculator return the percentaged  
asked of *the number being worked on* which, in the case of  
Calculator v4.0.4, it does not.
