Sorry, I forgot about that.  I think you mentioned it a few e-mails back.

That sounds like a typo, or a mistake.  I mean, if you confronted the guy
who wrote the ad and told him he should have written 20 cents instead of .20
cents, do you think he would have still insisted that he meant .20 cents?

We confronted people here who said that 15% is a number, not a ratio and
they insist they are right even after we try to correct them.  That
surprised me.  On the other hand, maybe the guy who wrote the ad would
search the internet for links to "prove" that he meant .20 cents.   ;)
