Fascinating...

However, 4% does have meaning, it is a small amount of something. It  
clearly does not have integer meaning, but meaning nonetheless.

Any time the feathers fly around something like this, it is quite  
interesting... The dance of perspectives... Empirical vs.  
hermeneutical meaning and methodologies... It is only real if it can  
be measured -or- it is valid if it has meaning between people  
conversing. Who's meaning is more meaningful? Validity by increased  
volume?

Anyway, quite off topic but fun...
