[X4U] slow connection

     In the past few days my internet connection has slowed  
significantly.

     I'm on dial-up.  I tried two different ISP, both with the same  
result.  Runs at about a tenth of the speed as usual.  Sometimes a  
browser will say it can't find the server.  I'm not aware of making  
any changes to the computer before this began.

     I'm using a Al Powerbook, running Tiger.

     What should I do?
