Have you tried different servers each time?

I just downloaded (realized I didn't have the final version here on  
my Powerbook), and it worked fine. Here's the server link I  
downloaded from:
http://gulus.usherbrooke.ca/pub/appl/NeoOffice/NeoOfficeJ-1.1.dmg
