[X4U] VST USB Tri-MediaReader Drivers

My VST USB Tri-MediaReader stopped working with OSX 10.4.  The latest  
driver I can find is 1.0.1.  The device works on a G4 running 10.3  
but not a G5 running 10.4.2.
When I load the driver on 10.4, on startup I get
System Extension cannot be used:  /System/Library/Extensions/ 
SmartDiskTriMedia.kext/Contents/Plugins/SmartDiskTriAnchor.kext
was installed improperly and cannot be used.

Is there a new driver.
