[X4U] Failed to start Video Chat because: [I] did not respond

Hi Aron,
Are you positive that there's no firewall on the router?  Are you  
able to check your router settings to confirm that the appropriate  
ports are open?  I ran into this one a lot until I realized that I  
had to specifically forward certain ports over to my iMac with Port  
Forwarding.

There is a great troubleshooting website for iChat AV (especially as  
regards connecting to Windows XP AIM users) at
