I am more than happy to see the liquid cooling gone!  I tend to agree 
about the fans though.  Still, I think they used the extra space left 
by them for things like the extra two HD bays, and the 2nd Optical 
drive bay.  Which does bring up the question, what do you need a 2nd 
optical drive for?
