I don't think there is an app that will specifically search for  
identical or similar videos by metadata or looking at the quality. So  
in that case you're stuck with the generic tools that compare files  
by filename and exact content match (usually via checksums/hash  
codes). But if there is just one bit different in two otherwise  
identical movies, that will not be recognized as a match.
