[X4U] Convert RTF to HTML

I receive a regular newsletter in RTF via email. I repost this on a  
web site as a courtesy to the author. Currently I am using HTML  
Express version 6.0.5 from Logictran. This program does a fine job  
and works as advertised. However, the output doesn't display in a way  
entirely true to the RTF source. That is, the browser presentation is  
larger and more "clunky" than the RTF presentation.

I don't think the conversion is template driven, which would allow me  
to tweak it a little bit. Also, one of the challenges is that the  
author doesn't use the same style sheet each time. There is some  
variance in the style guide in each issue.

Can anyone suggest alternative applications for converting RTF to HTML?
