Can some one give me a crash course in using the fax feature in OS X (10.4)? I am trying to fax a document I created in Apple Works. The modem says it is dialing the number, but there is no sound from the modem. Then it stops and the document shows up in the faxing jobs list as being on hold. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Kevin
