[X4U] Any way yet to create a bootable Diskwarrior CD

The problem is that unless your current DiskWarrior CD will start up your
Mac, you cannot make a NEW CD from the download 3.0.3 update that will start
up your Mac -- you need to have a CD shipped from Alsoft. The program
download update is free; the CD update is aobut $30, and not available on an
emergency basis of course.

There's a program called BootCD that's capable of creating bootable Mac OS
CDs, but it's not yet compatible with Tiger and the developer doesn't
speculate on when he'll be able to accomplish that.

I know of no other ways to make bootable CDs that can hold DiskWarrior and a
Tiger install.
