Thanks Michael. Streamclip works great. I can the PS lessons which I get via iTunes reduce by 80%. In iTunes select Podcasts at the left and in the Search field type "Photoshop TV" (No quotes) and you get PS lessons in mpeg-4 format. The files are around 40-120 meg in size. You get more files when you type "Photoshop Killer Tips". After downloading (10-15 minutes for the first mentioned) one can drag them to the desktop.
