Command-Shift-] and Command-Shift-[
These shortcuts are listed in Safari's Window menu as Command-} and
Command-{ since Shift turns ] into }

You can also still use Safari's old keyboard shortcuts of
Command-Shift-right arrow and Command-Shift-left arrow
