Tried that, thanks.

The computer continues sees the keyboard once I toggle the switch on 
the bottom of the keyboard so the LED is flashing. But when I go to 
the next step it says pairing was unsuccessful. Same with the mouse. 
It finds them, even with the correct name but won't pair and says to 
make sure they're turned on, within range and "discoverable."
