[X4U] Any legal restrictions on CD songs as gift loaded on iPod

Hi John,

I could see how your first example could possibly fall under the  
'fair use' exemption. Your DVD example steps well over that line,  
IMO, and I doubt the library would accept such a donation. Take care.
