The question asked was what benefits 10.4 had over 10.3.9 (excluding
Spotlight and Dashboard). Your answer was that 10.4 closed a big security
hole. But if the security hole revolves around widgets, then surely it does
not affect 10.3.9. Thus there is no big security hole in 10.3.9 that
upgrading to 10.4 will close.
