Not necessarily. On an LCD monitor, pixels can be different sizes. My first
LCD monitor was a Viewsonic 15", 1024x768 pixels. Now you can find that
resolution on 12" monitors -- same NUMBER of pixels, but everything will
look smaller on the 12" -- but will be the same size *relative to* the rest
of the screen.
