Almost always an alignment problem of the drive and slot. If cooling doesn't get it out, try a little pressure on the case to flex down the corner where the drive is. I set the laptop in my lap and press front right and back left slightly. Another try would be a thin slip of paper slid in over the disc to help guide it to the slot on eject. Either way, you need a trip to warranty service to align the drive and slot.
