Used it for a while about a year or so ago, but then decided I didn't like the idea of being a "node" in the Skype ecosystem and using a closed protocol. So, I've switched to using Gizmoproject http:// www.gizmoproject.com for my VoIP needs as it uses the SIP standard protocol and can therefore interoperate with other SIP-based VoIP systems.
