[X4U] OK, Recommendations for a $250ish Color Laser Printer

I would like to thank everyone for their response to my cheap  
monochrome laser printer post. I was all ready to purchase the Brother  
HL-5250DN as a result of my query and your responses when my little  
brother called. He said that both he and my big brother haven't yet  
bought Dad a Christmas present yet, and they want to go in together  
with me for a color laser printer. Before I was just shopping for a  
monochrome. That's all Dad said he wanted, but my brothers say he'll  
want color once he has it, which may be true.

Could I have some recommendations please? Again color laser, not  
inkjet please, and around $250-300 if possible.
