[X4U] typing Ctrl Opt Cmd symbols

	The easiest way for me to do it is to go to Edit menu-->Special  
Characters.   This opens the Character Palette.

	There are a whole bunch of options there that make what you want  
difficult to find.   I found it by selecting "All Characters" in the  
view window.  Then under symbols I chose technical symbols.  There  
are the symbols you want.  Things like: ⌘⌥⌦⌫⎇⏏.  The ⇧  
is in the arrow symbols, of all places.   I can also get  just by  
hitting opt-shift-k.
