[X4U] Prevent user from Printing?

I could have sworn that was something one could limit when setting up  
accounts, but it appears only administering printers is selectable  
under "Parental controls". Some printers allow you to configure them  
so a password is required for every print, but I don't know if that's  
feasible.

And I know telling people not to print doesn't work very well - 
especially in a home environment when kids are using the computer and  
the software they run throws up a big dialog box asking them if they  
want to print a Certificate of Achievement every time they press the  
right button.
