Thanks for the suggestion, Jens, but I like to file every mail I send/ keep and I will be creating many folders over time, too many to create rules for so I'll probably just leave it. Maybe I'll suggest it to Apple as a feature request. 8-) I think I did find another feature I like of Lotus Notes, which is the ability to send an email without keeping it (those dopey responses that you'd never need to look up again). If you hold the option key when you press the send button it doesn't appear in the Sent folder.
