A component of iLife has not been properly installed.

First try installing the update again, and see if that helps.  (I  
helped someone just this past week with this exact same problem, and  
reinstalling the updated fixed it.)

If that doesn't help, you will need to trash and then reinstall iLife  
and the update again.
