That's been an ongoing question for a long time. I was in a CompUSA a
a few years ago and watched as a salesperson bungled an iMac sale to
an older couple. He wandered off and I jumped in, providing them with
some informations besides "I think so" or "Boy, I have no idea." They
bought the computer. No commision for me either!
