[X4U] Sick AirPort Extreme Snow

Odd. We had a lightning storm and soon afterward a TV wouldn't work and
our internet access was gone. (Neighbors had no problems.) Looked at our
Toshiba cable modem and only 2 lights were lit instead of 4. The Airport
Snow still had its 3 lights going -- looked normal.

The cable guy came out in a couple days, switched the modem ethernet
cable from the Airport to my iMactel and the modem lights lit up like
they should. I had run an ethernet cable from the AirPort to my Mac. I
guess one of the jacks in the Snow must have gotten fried.

So far, I have tried to set up one of my AirPort Expresses as a base
station instead of as an extender. I will continue to reset it and try
to get it to be the base station until it works -- even if it kills me.
Until then, my wife's iMac will limp along by sharing my iMactel's
internet access.
